About the Job
As a Growth & Community Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping our brand presence, growing our audience, and ensuring our users are engaged and excited about Managewise & Opus. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to define and execute growth strategies that bring in new users and retain them.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Expansion
Build and nurture an active community around Opus & Managewise through social media, forums, and direct interactions.
Content & Social Media Strategy
Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms that drives engagement and attracts users.
Growth Marketing & Campaigns
Run campaigns that generate leads, drive signups, and increase user retention.
Industry Outreach & Partnerships
Connect with VPs, peers, companies, and industry leaders to boost awareness and credibility.
User Feedback & Insights
Gather insights from users and translate them into actionable improvements for the product.
Experimentation & Analytics
Test different strategies, track performance, and iterate based on data.
